The Communications and Events team is looking for an Event Programme Officer responsible for planning and coordinating the programmes of assigned conferences and courses, held both virtually and in person across Europe. The Event Programme Officer is the interface between all stakeholders involved in the project and facilitates the processes by delivering all programme needs of the event.

As the Administration Assistant, you will manage event logistics and provide post-event support, while also supporting other association initiatives as required. You will be responsible for inbox management, member and stakeholder engagement, manual event registrations, and creating event materials.
