The European Cancer Organisation (ECO) is a federation of 42 European medical societies working in oncology, together with 21 European cancer patient advocacy associations. ECO’s mission and unique role is to reduce the burden of cancer and improve outcomes and the quality of care for cancer patients.

In this full-time role, based in Brussels, as Senior Finance Officer you will work directly with the Chief Executive, Head of Operations & Governance, Finance Assistant and our external accountants. The organisation implements multiple EU-funded projects aimed to reduce the burden of cancer, improve outcomes and the quality of care for cancer patients, through multidisciplinarity and multiprofessionalism.

In this role, based in Brussels, working at an executive level with the leadership of the organisation you will deal directly with senior volunteers/leadership, member societies, our Patient Advisory Committee and representatives of other European bodies and provide high-level administrative and organisational support to prepare for the meetings of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and General Assemblies.

Reporting to EORTC’s Head of Communications and working under the supervision of the Events Manager, the Event Sponsorship and Exhibition Officer oversees all aspects of business development and implementation related to EORTC events.

The European Federation for Services to Individuals (EFSI) is the representative body for federations and companies that are involved in the development of personal services in Europe.

The Communication and Project Coordinator will lead EFSI’s communication and dissemination efforts. This role will involve managing the outreach for EFSI’s advocacy initiatives and projects, ensuring effective engagement with key stakeholders through social media platforms and targeted messaging. The Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing EFSI’s visibility and reputation and as well as in building and strengthening its network.

The person we are looking for will support the Market Supervision Committee and associated Task Forces and Working Groups, ensuring their work is well-organised, inclusive, and results in timely advocacy material. They will reflect member company views, provide feedback, field questions, build industry contacts, and represent Energy Traders Europe at relevant events.

The Communications and Events team is looking for an Event Programme Officer responsible for planning and coordinating the programmes of assigned conferences and courses, held both virtually and in person across Europe. The Event Programme Officer is the interface between all stakeholders involved in the project and facilitates the processes by delivering all programme needs of the event.
