Join Association executives for a 2-part session discussing the critical factors necessary to deepen member relationships and increase retention.

ESAE partner MCI will share results from the recent Association Engagement Index and hear practical case studies from Index participants.

Then explore key questions in a roundtable setting, including:

- What are younger members looking for and how likely are they to recommend their Association to peers?

- How can you offer the customization that compounds your value?

- What role can digitalisation and omni-channel offerings play in strengthening member participation?

- Are Health or Trade Associations engaging their members differently than the rest?
