As the Association Management profession is becoming more professionalised, digitased and agile to withstand game-changing challenges, the dialogue between Executives is more important than ever. Especially after the pandemic, Associations are restructring their operations and the value offer to their members and other stakeholders. What better timing for an exchange with Association Leaders from the U.S. to learn from each other and enhance the profession as a whole; especially since many American-based Associations are active in Europe, and several European Association Managers work with colleagues from the other side of the pond.

This session brings together the Presidents of ASAE and ESAE, along with CEOs from both sides of the Atlantic, to have a high level discussion on the the cultural differences and right approaches for working in the U.S. and Europe as an Association Manager.

Speakers:

Michelle Mason, President and CEO and ASAE

Mike Morrissey, President at ESAE and CEO of the European Cancer Organisation

Magdalena Mook, CEO of the International Coaching Federation

Dianna Steinbach, Vice-President of ISSA

This session is for ASAE or ESAE members only. Not a member yet?
